Knowing Feldenkrais lessons well enough to teach them well [perceiving then remembering all the little nuances that really make them good] is a big challenge. Each lesson has a theme/function that is established, then riffed on, then transformed, then recapitulated.

Even bigger challenge to know a series of lessons where each lessons’ theme is put into a context of other interrelated functional themes.
